Royal Robbins Women's Sabrina Sweater - Cozy Knit for Outdoor & Travel

I really had high hopes for this sweater jacket. The price on Amazon was good (better than RR) and the sweater appeared to be very loose and comfortable. However the packaging was just awful; a huge box with the sweater in a plastic bag all balled up. So I have to figure out how to get the wrinkles out without washing it and causing shrinkage before I've had a chance to wear it. The fabric is a combination of nylon, wool and silk and therefore needs to be handled and/or ironed properly. I had not planned to have to iron it right out of the box . The color is what I expected, the feel of the fabric is what I expected but the way it hangs is awkward (gaps significantly). The sleeves are quite snug and therefore wearing it over a thick layer of clothing doesn't work. I do like the design and I wonder if it would be better to get a brighter color. I hesitate to reorder if I get another gaping, wrinkled product.I thought this sweater is a light one, but it's not. It's pretty thick and heavy which made me happier because it could pass as a jacket for spring and fall in NC. I like that this sweater doesn't cover up anything I wear inside entirely. The color is the same as the picture.This sweater comes in a bright blue only which is very limiting since it does not suit some skin tones. I bought this for my daughter in Berlin, Germany on amazon.de. She did not like the colour on her then found it difficult and expensive to send back because it was sent from the States which misses the point of using the amazon.de website.
