Really enjoying the book, picking out chapters and sections mostly there is great detail on Welch and his actions clearly the author learnt a great deal about the internal goings on at GE during the 80s-2000s. It is more of a history book I would of liked even more detail on GE initiatives this book definitely isn’t a how to guide necessarily it gives the broad strokes though which are valuable all the same. I am still trying to identify the best book on practice, Winning is tremendous and the real life MBA is good but is less about GE and more a business 101 guide. I’m going to try winning the answers next to learn best practice.
